Not many restaurants specialize in kabobs, not the way we do. Nobody offers the variety of kabobs like Bonu Cafe in Exton. We offer chicken, beef, salmon and lamb kabobs, all prepared the traditional way.
What's so traditional about Kabobs? It’s all about the marinade! We skewer our meats, season with olive oil, saffron and various other seasonings, and give them plenty of time to marinate, never rushing them. Then they are grilled to perfection, searing in the tenderness and juices. Served with light basmati rice.
